Controller

Rakam Finance is the data controller. Privacy questions can be sent to the email address on the contact page.

Which data

We process contact details, login data, client file documents that you or we upload, and messages via the contact form. Technical logs (IP, time) are used for security.

Purposes

We use data for accountancy, tax, payroll, the secure portal, answering questions and preventing abuse.

Retention

File documents are kept as long as needed for the engagement and statutory tax retention (generally seven years). Contact messages are kept until handled.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where the law allows. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
